Purpose of the Role Multi-Skill Plumber
To carry out plumbing and associated multi-trade repairs, maintenance, renewals and installations across Camden’s housing stock and other Council properties, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, in line with current regulations and delivered Right First Time.
Key Responsibilities Multi-Skill Plumber
• Carry out plumbing repairs including pipework, drainage and sanitary installations.
• Undertake multi-trade tasks such as carpentry, tiling and making good works.
• Deliver reactive, planned and void repairs.
• Diagnose faults and identify cost-effective solutions.
• Provide high standards of customer service in residents’ homes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Complete job records and manage materials using mobile systems.
Person Specification Multi-Skill Plumber
• Qualified plumber (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
• Experience in housing repairs or maintenance.
• Multi-trade capability.
• Strong fault-finding ability.
• Good customer communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
